COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE

1. Copyright Ownership

The PMI CAPM Prep App 2026 application, including its software, source code, user interface, design, graphics, original written content, educational materials, question banks, explanations, study resources, databases, features, functionality, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Digitalshift Private Limited and is protected by applicable copyright, intellectual property, and other laws.

Except as expressly permitted by applicable law or by written authorization from Digitalshift Private Limited, no portion of the App or its content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, transmitted, displayed, sold, licensed, or commercially exploited in any form.

2. Permitted Personal Use

The App and its educational materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial educational use.

You may access and use the content provided through the App for your own CAPM examination preparation.

You may not:

Copy or reproduce substantial portions of the App’s content
Republish or redistribute our educational materials
Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our content
Upload our question banks or study materials to another platform
Share paid or restricted content with other individuals
Create a competing product substantially based on our proprietary content
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where expressly permitted by applicable law
Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
Use automated systems to scrape, copy, or systematically extract content from the App

3. Educational Content

All original educational materials created by Digitalshift Private Limited, including but not limited to:

Practice questions
Mock examinations
Explanations
Study notes
Learning resources
Study plans
Practice exercises
Question categorization
Performance insights
Original illustrations and graphics
AI-generated or AI-assisted educational content where applicable

are protected by applicable intellectual property laws to the extent such protection is available.

The structure, selection, arrangement, and presentation of the App’s educational database and materials may also constitute protectable intellectual property.

4. User-Generated Content

If the App allows users to submit questions, feedback, answers, or other content, users retain ownership of intellectual property rights they legally hold in their submissions.

By submitting content to the App, you grant Digitalshift Private Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, reproduce, modify, and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and provide the App’s services.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of another person or organization.

5. Trademarks

Digitalshift, Digitalshift Private Limited, and related names, logos, designs, and branding are trademarks or intellectual property of Digitalshift Private Limited where applicable.

Other names, logos, trademarks, and service marks appearing in the App may belong to their respective owners.

Nothing contained in the App grants you any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of its owner.

6. PMI and CAPM Disclaimer

The App is an independent educational and exam-preparation application.

Digitalshift Private Limited is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by Project Management Institute, Inc. (PMI).

PMI and CAPM are trademarks or registered trademarks of Project Management Institute, Inc. The use of these terms within the App is solely for identification, educational, and descriptive purposes.

This application does not represent PMI or claim to provide official PMI examination content unless expressly stated otherwise.

Users should refer to official PMI resources for authoritative information regarding certification requirements, examination policies, and official examination materials.

You receive only the limited right to use the App in accordance with its applicable terms.
